There are no long-term contracts associated with your driverDOC monthly subscription. You can upgrade and modify your account at any time.
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) and ACH payments (only in the United States). For enterprise customers, we accept wire transfers or check payments (US only), in addition to credit cards and ACH payments (US only).
You have complete control over what users can see and do in your driverDOC account, helping you maintain data cleanliness and security standards. driverDOC has a roles permission system so that you can control which users have access to what data in your account and exactly what they can do with it.
driverDOC automatically counts the total drivers (pending and active) in your account each day and adjusts your next bill accordingly if there are any changes. You don’t pay for Inactive drivers.
