If you’re having issues viewing or editing portions of the driverDOC  Portal, chances are this might be an issue with your browser. When submitting a help form, we will ask you to perform the below simple troubleshooting steps to help us properly diagnose the issue. 

  • Ensure you’re using supported browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge)
  • Clear your cache and cookies.

  • Try opening and completing task in an incognito/private window or another supported browser.

    If the issue is resolved, this indicates there is an issue with your first browser.
  • Disable all extensions on your browser.

Is the driverDOC portal available on the app?

At this time, driverDOC portal is only available on desktop. Stay tuned for future updates to manage your drivers on the go!

How long does driverDOC keep documents?

FOREVER! Documents will be removed from the portal once archived, but you will always have access to retrieve them when need.

Are our documents secure?

You bet! driverDOC utilizes SSL to securely transfer your document images to the cloud. You and your company are the only ones with access to your photos.  Additionally, all of your stored data in driverDOC is encrypted using the latest encryption technologies.

When removing a driver from driverDOC are their documents lost?

Nope! You’ll maintain access to the drivers documents.

How do I download documents?

To download documents, please submit a ticket to our Support Team here and select Request Document Download from the drop down. Our team will respond to your request within 24 hours.

Having issues downloading the app or viewing/editing loads in the driverDOC app? Most times these issues can be solved by some simple troubleshooting steps listed below: 

  • Ensure you have the most updated app version. 
    - Android 
    - iOS 
  • Verify you are utilizing a supported device and version.
  • Clear your cache and cookies.
    - Android
    - iOS 
  • Delete and reinstall the app.  
  • If the issue still persists, we may ask you to record a quick video on your phone so we can see the issue in action.

Some common issues that can be resolved by following the steps above:

  • Android: App download stuck in pending status

What app versions does driverDOC support?

  • Android: 6 or later 
  • iOS: 13 or later

Can’t upload documents due to bad cell service?

Don’t worry, driverDOC’s smart technology will automatically upload your documents in the background once you reach service towers.

How do users increase the quality of document capture images?

  • Make sure your document is fully within the camera guide.
  • Adjust the surrounding light. 
  • Place your document on a dark surface.

Is driverDOC’s driver portal available on desktop?

Currently our driver portal is only available via the driverDOC app on Android and iOS operating systems (phone and tablet).

Does driverDOC use a lot of my phone's storage?

Nope! We store all your documents on the cloud, so they don’t take up space on your device!

Do location services need to be on at all times?

When using our ETA feature - yes, location services MUST be enabled for the driverDOC app to work. Additionally, the app must be open in order to work, drivers can leave it on in the background, but cannot be closed out.
